This young couple contacted me just after moving into their first home, a little cottage in Sydney's west.  They wanted to make a tranquil cottage-style garden from the abandoned weed patch at the front of their house.  They had not done any gardening before so they sought my help in preparing the site and choosing appropriate plants.  They were keen to learn how to garden so I involved them in the whole process and provided a maintenance plan so they could continue to look after their garden in future.  Check out the BEFORE and AFTER pictures below.
